Notes for oral presentation

Please prepare your presentation as PowerPoint file (.ppt or .pptx) in 16:9 (landscape) and keep to your assigned lecture time. 

Please bring your presentation on a flash drive to Hamburg and submit it  no later than 2 hours before your lecture. A staff member of Conventus will assist you in the submission process. You can give your presentation a final check on one of our laptops before submitting.  

Please note: In order to avoid technical issues, it is not allowed to use your own laptop for your presentation. You must submit your presentation at the media center.  

For oral presentations, there is no specific template or set wording required for conflicts of interest (COI). A short statement indicating any relevant conflicts is sufficient. It can be placed on the first or second slide of your presentation, as long as it is clearly legible.
