Your physical poster should be printed in A0 size, portrait orientation. Please ensure that your Programme ID and conflict of interest (COI) statement are clearly visible and legible on the poster.
There is no specific template or set wording required for the conflicts of interest (COI) on posters. A short statement indicating any relevant conflicts is sufficient. You can place it in a visible section, for example at the bottom of the poster or near the authors’ names, as long as it is clearly legible.
The choice of software for creating your ePoster is basically up to you as long as the end format is the one that is required below. Please note the following technical requirements:
- File type: PDF
- Format: Portrait 9:16
- One-page document (1 slide)
-
Your Programme ID and conflicts of interest (COI) must be clearly legible on the poster
Your ePoster will be available in the conference app for all registered participants throughout the event. ePosters will only be displayed if you have registered for the congress and are presenting a physical poster as well.
Important : You will soon receive your personal programme ID, which must be displayed on your poster and assigns your poster’s location.
Please do not print your poster before receiving your programme ID!
You will also receive login details for the Upload Center to submit your e-poster.
Both will be sent in early August.
